Momentum and optivest worst companies ever

In December 2021 Momentum requested that my payslip aswell as my fiance payslip should be sent to them as it is time to update our medical aid before January my fiance is the policy holder which to my knowledge only her payslip should be taken in account for the premium that however was not the case and they increased our monthly contribution with over R2000 a month after alot of phone calls and emails we were informed that even though i am only a dependent they are allowed to use my payslip for the contributions. We then decided to remove myself from the medical aid and only leave my fiance on by which Momentum still decided to use my payslip to calculate her monthly contribution even though i am not even part of the medical aid anymore. Since the 3de of January 2022 we have been making calls to momentum as well as optivest to get this sorted out optivest however only decided to log the request to Momentum on the 27th of January 2022 where from the 3de of January 2022 Momentum has not even bothered to come back to us. The premium will be going of tomorrow and this is still not fixed since the 3rd of January 2022. This is by far the wors company to ever deal with i will not recommend Momentum or Optivest to anyone out there.
