Momentum and Medipost are hopeless

<p>I was prescribed new medication which did not agree with me and I sent an amended chronic script on 3.2.17 to Momentum and Medipost. Not only did they send me both the replacement and the stopped medication after they had confirmed it had been stopped, they charged me R333,86 x 3 when they were entitled to only charge me a surcharge of R162,86. After bringing it to their attention, Momentum told me they could not credit it as Medipost had put through the claim for payment, and Medipost won't pass the credit until I return the medication to them! The same medication they sent me in error that they were not supposed to send me at all ... Numerous e-mails later, and I still have not been credited, nor did they do as I asked and contact me before sending someone to collect the medication. They simply ignore my requests and instructions and do as they please. Every 6 months when I get a new chronic script, I go through similar problems with them. They are the worst medical aid and delivery system I have ever dealt with.</p>
