MOMENTUM ALLOWS NETWORK GP TO BREACH CONTRACT

We have made contact with this Gp, regarding the matter below. The Gp has advised us that the charge is applicable to all medical aids regardless of network. You are right is stating that this should be the case, however we are stuck in a situation where there are a large number of members that are fine to pay this fee as this is there preferred doctor.<br> <br> We have considered removing this Gp from our network, but it seems this will create more noise because members won't be able to visit this Gp, as this is the first complaint we have received regarding this doctors upfront fee.<br> <br> We can suggest is the member using other Gp's in the area, that are +-3kms away.
