Momentum against the law

It's been more than a month since I posted my first bad review. They did contact me and after a lot of back and forth, said they would review and pay for some things, as the rules for PMBs. They still haven't, and I need to go to OT, which I can't do because they are not paying.

So frustrating. They give you the run around, ask you to apply things the doctor literally can't give, make promises and nothing comes from it.
