Momentum active days not reflecting

This js the second time that my active days are not reflecting on my app. I contacted momentum numerous time with no feedback received. My reff numbers are ***. ***. 247954.

The problem is I do not get discount on my life policy if I do not have 16 active days. But I work hard to achive this but it does not reflect.
