Momentum

I'm really not happy with Momentum Ingwe Plan. I usually contact their whatsapp line if I need any assists as before I was charge for covid19 test stating that I used an incorrect practice however the Doctor is under momentum. Again now I had provided the agent with the practice number to know if the doctor is covered the agreed and went to the doctor. I had to do take some test at lancet which before going I went on whatsapp to ask if the tests were covered and it was advised that it was and asked if I need to do any pre authorization and it was stated that no. Now I have another bill stating I need to pay for the tests. This is nonsense.
