Momemtum Health not paying for Covid Hospital Treatment

I have been a member of Momentum for many years. I had to go into hospital with Covid complications. My test results came through whilst I was in the hospital. Momentum states quite clearly they will cover the costs of Covid-related treatment. Today I was told by the hospital that they have refused to cover the costs. I have sent them many emails relating to this but all I get is an automated reply. I am shocked after so many years and having such an emergency to be treated in this way. It seems private health care with Momemtum is a ****. Also I have to add that the hospital didn’t want me to stay overnight and sent me home in immense pain. I had to ride this pain myself over the next days. Clearly they are working with the hospitals to avoid an overnight. I am really unhappy with my treatment by their designated hospital and now Momentum refusing to pay for my Covid Treatment
