Moementum health
<p>I never made a claim against my hospital plan at Momentum healty for more than 5 years. I have calculated that in this time I have paid approxamitely R400 000 of intallment towards this plan. I had to go for a precedure shich was due for the 25th of January 2017. The hospital have confirmed that they have arranged with Momentum and that everything was in order, only to find out after the completion of the procedure that they refuse to pay. In my research I have found that the same thing has happened to quite a number of people in the town where I live, they also had to make arrangements with the hospital in order to pay accounts that the hospital plan refuse to pay. In my ongoing fight with momentum they still refuse to give me an answer as to why they won't pay, their excuse is only that the specialist must write a motivation, and they may have a look at it. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am terribly disgusted with the name called Momentum</p>

Momentum still does not take any responsibility for the way they have operated. In response to my forst review they have phoned me, they said that they would come back to me within an hour. That was Wednesday morning 15 Februarie 2017. Up to now, Thursday 16 February 15:15 I have not received any phone call. They also refuse to take in regard that fact that there was no claim against my hospital plan formore than 5 years.
Still disgusted in their integrity and client service.
