Misrepresentation
I was about to claim my maternity lumpsome benefit , All the consultants that I spoke to they confirmed that the amount is R20 000 , A payment of R10 000 was paid into my account .
When I call to enquire the consultants drops my call .
Please attend to this asap because I was misrepresented from the beginning. If it is not resolved I'll have to file a complaint with the Ombuds

16 May 2024, 08:36A consultant cantacted me and promised that the team leader at Health4me will listen to the call and revert back to me with a solution , Its been months now ,no communication nothing ,
I asked for the complaints details ,A consultant said they dont have and hanged up the phone .
I am considering taking futher steps to file a complain with the office of OMBUDS for misrepresention by your consultants ,I have emails and call logs to proove my case .
