Misleading information by Momentum

Momentum requested declaration of income in December 2022, on the 15th of December 2022, I was informed by Lungelo Ngcobo that my documents have been received and were updated according. At the end of January, I received a bill shock as I was debited a total of R3235 as opposed to my normal premium of R1452.

On the 2nd of February 2023, I spoke to Snehlahla Gumede *** who confirmed that my premium will go back to normal (R1452) at the end of the month and that I will be refunded for the overcharges as the income declaration was not sent on time but have now been updated

Thereafter I was contacted Adrian Nundoo who contradicted what the previous agents have told me as he advised me that my premiums will remain at R3235.

The above clearly shows me that there is a huge gap in communication and product knowledge at Momentum Health.

I am still awaiting feedback with regards to a refund for January and February.
