Mislead and ****med !

Momentum call centre and agents are extremely quick to sell you the service but once I tried claiming from my Maternity program a assessment was done and because of a comma in their sentence apparently played such a big role they decided to terminate my contract. Well done Momentum ****ming people as I see this is not the first time claims are done and have been rejected on some sort of technicalities that you design to work in your favor . Shame on you for ****ming people !
