Medical scheme that cares about money but not clients needs

I have been with this medical aid for over a year but they do not care about their clients. They care about their money. First I requested for a medical card but haven't received it. Secondly my plan was changed without being informed to a very higher plan and I did send them my payslip and other details needed.
