Medical aid card not delivered

<p>Its been about 3 months now since I joined Momentum Health and I have not received my Medical Card and the Multiply card. When I call I am always told that it will be deliever and I must wait for 7 days. Weird how momentum never misses a month of collecting my money but can't do something as simple as delivering a card. Its so annoying</p>
