make sure you know when to get sick

On the 9th of June 2015 my mum had severe breathing difficulties. I took her to the doctor who immediately sent her to hospital. At the hospital the specialist admitted my mum immediately. According to the specialist this wasn't a pre existing condition yet you people think oh just because my mum is seven months on medical aid, she must've conveniently waited to get sick. You people are sick to think that my mum had this condition and yet almost ten calls later we still can't get pre authorisation for the hospital. My mum is unemployed and now who must foot the bill? Momentum gives more stress and considering we have life policies with you is it worth it. I thought your medical aid was helpful but instead you guys are as thick as *******. Get your act together because you people should search all of the databases of hospitals and doctors in South Africa for the past ten years and you will see that my mum had never been sick! Stop being inconsiderate!<br>
