Life and death seems to have no meaning anymore.

This has been a tough month in term of my child's health, on the 27th of October 2017 Caleb Dre' (My son) was taken to Hillcrest hospital emergency for being lethargic and almost lifeless at one point, he was promptly seen to by the doctor on call which notified his pediatrician and admitted for fluids pending tests of what exactly is wrong, which ended up being Morganella Morgani (which we can only assume was picked up at a water park the weekend before) which starts off as a urinary track infection but can spread extremely fast, while being treated for this at hillcrest hospital he then contracted bronchitis which 90% of the kids in the ward have so not extremely surprising that he contracted it there, 5 days later we got the green light to take him home and further treat him with antibiotics there, all good he was a happy camper and fine up until the 15th of November 2017 when he once again started being lethargic and not eating he was then taken to a Pediatrician on the 17th of November 2017 and was given the all clear to fly back home from Capetown after visiting his Grandparents, him and my wife got home that Saturday evening and all was fine up until the morning of the 20th November 2017 where after his morning feed he vomited extremely violent, we then booked him another appointment with our pediatrician at 14h00 and as we walked into the rooms Dr Khan said he has Coxackie Virus and needs to be admitted immediately as if it goes untreated can lead to meningitis, well this is where we now got told that momentum will not give a authorization number for my son Caleb Dre to be admitted pending an investigation and in order for us to have our son admitted we would have to pay the previous amount which momentum is investigating which rounded of is R15000 as well as an free of R15000 for him to get admitted, I do not have this kind of Money and I'm not sure how many of you have working there at momentum sitting pretty behind your desk and going home to your family every night.

After countless phone calls just to be told that our son has always been sick and further investigation needs to be done where my son being born on January 2017, registered with momentum in September and having all of this happen now but had a clean bill of health before, I have done nothing but fork out money both privately and too you sharks who call yourself Momentum, this is getting to the point where it could well be life and death and momentum with its employees don't care, WHAT IF THIS WAS YOUR CHILD, WHAT WOULD YOU DO!!!

Please note that I am at my whits end with you and my duty as a father is to protect my child just like all of you, i have choose my words very carefully but what are you doing working at Momentum if we have to do your Jobs for you!!!!

Pull your **** together and sort this out immediately I do not have time for your stupid investigation my child is Sick and needs medical attention.
