Lack of communication

Been waiting for confirmation on how much chronic plan would pay towards my chronic condition, was told 3 working days. It's been well over that, well over that. And it's a chronic condition so it's not like I have the luxury of time to keep waiting to find out. I pay enough for medical aid, can't also pay a fortune for medication when it is a chronic condition listed and was told a portion would be covered and they'd let me know, can someone just hurry up please before I get even more ill.
