Its 3 days now in high care waiting for medical aid authorization

My husband has been admitted in high care since Sunday. They are still waiting for the medical aid to send authorization for the CAT scan. Ive been calling doing follow ups no one is calling me back no is doing anything. Im paying this medical aid every month without fail. When they need to their part and assist me no one at the offices is doing anything. I have been been from one person to the next still nothing. Worse is i was told by one of the specialists that the medical is the Delay, i had to call and find out what is happening. Should anything happen to my husband because of their ********* behavior i will be holding momentum responsible. They have failed me as a medical aid
