It's a Trap.

Being a student with a child, my parents - who cannot afford very much, got in contact with their 'medical aid consultant' who suggested Momentum's Student option. Aside from the fact that I was only advised of a medical report that needed to be conducted, only AFTER a surgeon tried to have me admitted to hospital for health concerns I have never experienced before. So basically a useless medical aid. I shudder to think what would have happened if something had happened to my child and we had been turned away because we had never been informed about the medical report to begin with. I then went to this medical aid consultant, at which point I cancelled this ridiculous embezzlement policy, only to find out a month later that I have to submit a letter in writing. So thats it, milk the 'poor' for all their meager worth and provide them the 'false' comfort in believing that having a medical aid will be worth a life. Indeed, it is not according to momentum.
