I would advise anyone to avoid and not engage with Momentum,

Momentum does not answer questions put to them when they interpret data that was incorrectly completed by a admin clerk in a hospital.

Momentum will be so brazen to place in writing that they CANNOT make a decision unless they have a scan done, but yet make a decision when no scan is present,

Momentum will also deem in no uncertain terms and working that a pregnancy is a DISEASE! When you ask them to put that in writing they will blatently ignore you!

Momentum is full of arrogance, has zero clients needs or requirements at heart. Will terminate your membership citing non disclosure yet when you prove them wrong they just blatently ignore you and will not even return any premiums paid!

Guess we will meet in court!

Momentum has given me the confirmation that I needed that no medical or medical insurance is worth the paper its own T&C's are written on, especially when they wish to interpret it as they deem fit when their own definition does not coincide with it.

It is pathetic!

Maybe start teaching client communication, stop acting in a *****ulent and devious manner, I have asked for the documents then you want to say Sorry POPIA, HUH!!! Like honestly, POPIA is protecting personal information, this is MY personal information that you are trying to "protect" from me, well you are not protecting the information, you are HIDING it knowing full and well that I will be ripping you apart infront of the commission!
