28 Jul 2025, 09:04Now i'm being told the debit order cant be cancelled it will go through even though i sent several emails including logging on Momentums website the deduction on 1 August wont go through there won't be any funds anyway i havent used any benefits i'm still in a waiting period its non starter

05 Aug 2025, 08:22Although it was confirmed on Hello Peter that my medical aid was cancelled i received a letter stating the amount is outstandig a DOUBLE deductionn will be done i have emails stating the medical aid is cancelled BUT a double deduction will be done Since when is deductions done for cancelled accounts when its confirmed by Momentum themselves
