INSANE PREMIUM INCREASE FOR OLD PEOPLE

Momentum increased my parents medical aid by double this year. It went from R878 to R1880. I got a mail saying that it was calculated due to the SASSA grant received. SASSA grant it a pathetic R1200 a month. How does Momentum expect R1200 to pay for R1880 premium every month?

Every year they have to go stand in a line to do a police report that they are unemployed, they have to fill in forms, send bank statements.

I can not believe how Momentum is taking every lil cent they get. How do you expect them to eat every month?

I am so disappointed and angry I can not even express it properly

Momentum phoned me and basically told us up yours in a nice way.

We where phoned and told that we must just find someone that will pay the additional money. Nothing can or will be done about it.

Thank you Momentum for taking the food out of two peoples mouth.
