INGWE declaration of income is becoming a nightmare !!

It is extremely frustrating that I have to go through this experience with Momentum. My parents are on the INGWE plan and I am well aware of what is required and why.

The documents requested was the following :

Declaration of income Sassa pension proof Affidavit stating my mum has no bank account And my dad's 3 months bank statements.

All of the above has been prepared and supp****.

Please explain to me Why am I now being asked for a NEW AFFIDAVIT TO say this is his only bank account ???

Can someone please call me and explain as I am NOT going to ask my 76 year old parent to run around to get new affidavits just because you simply failed to ask for this upfront !! This is BS
