INCOMPTENCY of resolving queries

I want to add my mother as a dependant now from 20/08/2019, I have completed and signed all the forms. I also sent you all my mothers previous medical aid confirmations, but you keep op wanting to add a penalty of 19 years not on medical aid to my contribution and that is equal to trying to ***** my money and is making me very upset as I have sent all the documents and information a few times and you still keep wanting to add the penalty!!!!

You need to sort out your client individual queries and try keeping the clients you have as struggling like this I am looking at other medical aids as I am REALLY loosing my temper with you and am not going to waste my time and money on incompetency anymore.
