I am so tired of Momentum, i go through the same thing once a year. they are so inefficient!! i filled in the income declaration and sent bank statements ( exactly the same as last year this time ) Now they say the premium is R1700 for 2019. i was paying R816 for my parents as they are pensioners and earn NO INCOME hence they app**** for the Ingwe option and have been with you for 4 years already!!! i cannot understand why everytime i have to email / call and email again just to sort this out? why is Momentum so ***********??!! i think i will have to change medical aid for them.
