Incompetence

These people used to administer the SAB Medical Aid Scheme known as SABMAS. I’ve been trying to get my tax certificate from this useless bunch of ***********s for 3 weeks. Although Discovery now administer this scheme they keep telling me the old administrator need to provide tax certificates for the period prior to July last year. Despite numerous promises and/or ignored emails I still don’t have this certificate and this is delaying a sizeable refund from SARS. Is it legal that this useless organization cannot send me my tax certificate by the 10th July?? Will they pay the interest I’m losing by SARS not paying me the refund until they have this tax certificate??
