Impossible to get a pre authorisation from Momentum medical scheme***

Momentum is really very unprofessional when trying to get a pre authorisation. The Dr and I have both tried to get a authorisation to no avail. I have called Momentum and not really been helped. This is quite a urgent matter and I would be very grateful if Momentum Health can address this asap.
