I'm so disappointed at Momentum Health

I'm so disappointed at Momentum Health. They suspended my medication aid for a claim that they reversed on their side, I don't authorise medical aid claims. Who's fault is it that they reversed the funds? I regret going on this insensitive medical aid scheme. Zelda Strydom refused to lift my suspension as because of the mess she created herself.
