I would rather have NO medical aid than be with Momentum Health.

Absolutely pathetic and deplorable service from this place. I recently asked them for a list of providers near me, I was surprised that I got a response at all... But of course, the list was so outdated. Some phone numbers no longer exist, most of the doctors are no longer working with Momentum. And now I have reached my with end with this place. I went onto my Momentum Health app to see how much my monthly contribution is, it went from R550 to R1175!!!! WHERE ON THIS GREEN EARTH DO THEY HET THAT NUMBER FROM?!?!?!?! In February I sent in my declaration of income, as I am no longer a full-time student. And from my payslips, I'm fairly certain someone with half a brain cell could determine that I absolutely cannot afford this amount per month. And the worst part is that I received ZERO communication from them regarding my monthly contributions going up. Right now, I would rather be with no medical aid than be with Momentum Health. I am getting out of this as soon as I possibly can. Sis.
