How do I cancel?
My brother passed away in the 11th of March. I informed you of his passing yet you have decided to run another debit order on our company account.
I have now tried to fill in a cancellation form and email it and get the following message za-smtp-inbound-2.mimecast.co.za[41.74.193.201] said: 550 Administrative prohibition - envelope blocked -
Kindly advise how I am supposed cancel this ****ing membership and get a refund for that debit order,
