Hospital plan short payment

I am really disappointed and currently looking at other medical aids to change over to as I hear better things from other companies.<br> I had my son in September. It was a traumatic birth and my son unexpectedly needed to be booked into NICU with no way of knowing how long he had to stay there. Under my documentation it says that NICU is covered and now you are not paying out and I have been slapped with a massive bill. we pay a lot of money for medical care only to not be helped when the time is needed. I realize I need to pay above rates when i attend private hospitals, but the fact you do not cover ANY of the NICU bills is disgusting!!!<br> The lack of information is a disgrace.
