Hospital auth

I am really not happy with they service receiving from momentum.My child needs hospital admission but Momentum won’t issue an authorization number, leaving him without cover despite me joining with no waiting period.

• I was never asked for a clinic card when I joined and my child has no pre-existing medical conditions. • My child has become ill now — this was not planned and there was no prior medical history. • I have submitted all required forms, including a GP letter from Dr Lutchmerian confirming this, but I’ve received no feedback and no authorization. • My son is currently sick and needs to be admitted. I cannot proceed without the auth number. Membership no ***
