HORRIBLE SERVICES & BAD COMMUNICATION

Communications And good services does not exist in this company. I've been sending enquires via email , making several calls with no success. NO communication and no-one can give answers. I hardly been 2 months in this medical aid but I am already have enough for this medical aid.

I sent EMAILS AND CALLS to Shalyedon.Naidoo & Michelle.Manilall with no luck.I do not know what to do anymore to ensure my inquiry is sorted
