Horrible service from Nthabiseng in the optometry department

So appalled with the service from Momentum health. My partner and I called in 3 times this morning to try and get assistance about his benefits and 2 of the consultants were giving us attitude and Nthabiseng from the optometry department even had the nerve of cutting the call on us! We are extremely disappointed, I am moving everything even my short term insurance from them.
