Horrible Service

<p>I was rushed to hospital by ambulance on 28/11/2016 with abdominal pain. The next day I had my appendix removed and more. While in the emergency room I was informed to pay R8370 co-payment... which I obviously did not have and my sister in law paid it for me. I was told at hospital it's either that or a government hospital... Anyway, I was told by my broker that it is a PMB and the 30% co-payment should be refunded. I have been sending email after email to Momentum and they still haven't contacted me. I need to know what's happening as I need the money ASAP or at least an explanation and more clarity. I don't know why there is such a thing like medical aid and pretty disgusted by the whole situation. </p>
