Horrible experience with Momentum

Momentum Health is getting on my last nerve now. Last year March I decided to join Momentum Health (medical aid). I got admitted to hospital during June last year and up to date Ampath, Mulbarton Hospital and Doctor did not get paid. I am receiving numerous final demand letters from Ampath and Mulbarton Hospital requesting for the funds. I have emailed a lady by the name of Zanele Sauli last year regarding this matter, according to her she fax the forms to be completed to the doctor??? which was all a lie. I decided to terminate my service with Momentum because of the lousy service received. I have been paying R3500 every month now I expect Momentum to pay for all my outstanding bills. No one called me to follow up.<br> <br> This is the worst medical aid company, I would not advise anyone to take out a health cover with them.
