Hippo and momentum health ********.

To everyone that is considering using hippo and momentum health as a medical supplier... DON'T.

Momentum and hippo are a bunch of ******** that take clients monies and months later will tell you that you have not signed and returned some paperwork therefore your policy is not active. Reference numbers and sales follow ups are done to the best of their capacity but when you pay the deposit and first payment, they gone and so is your money.

To all that are considering using hippo for medical aid quotes and then momentum health, please don't or you will die of a sickness before you can get cover but your money will be taken up front without any policy being activated.

This is me 6 months later waiting for my policy to be activated by momentum health.

These two companies... HUGE NO. BE SAFE PEOPLE AND HOPE THEY DON'T **** YOU TOO.

A speedy and rapid response to my hello Peter query as expected because the world can view the pathetic level of professionalism by momentum health.
I am currently on call with your company, holding the line 45min later and no response from your companies consultants and I now give up wasting my time.
A simple query on why my money was taken and policy not activated by your company now becomes my problem as a customer.
Incompetence is at its peak with momentum and if you cannot take care of new business and the clients interest then I should not have a policy with your company as in an emergency God knows where I will end up with this level of professionalism.
Extremely ********* business practice...
Pathetic
