Health4me sucks

Not impressed with Health4me service. No communication from Consultants dealing with claims. Only an email stating a consultant will contact you within 2 days, which in reality takes weeks. Can't contact anyone via what's app even though they say we can call them via what's app. All you get is automated messages which is indeed very frustrating. And then you call them via normal call and they take forever to get to the point, with attitude if I may add.
