Health4me not healthy at all

I tested positive for corona claimed from health4me they have been running around for a month with my claim not wanting to pay me sent a complaint to their complaints department that was not attended to...now the decline the claim saying the Dr is not on their network when another agent had said 14 to 17 days for it to paid through so now whats what the referal letter was provided by their GP on their network now i would like to know who is the ********* Health4me The GP or Me?
