Health returns not paid

I logged a call 19 FEB ref *** and ref *** In which I asked why my dependents health returns weren't paid for JAN 2016. This has been an ongoing problem . I continued to ask for a complete health return \paid out\" statement for the last 6 months with the gym visit you have on record for me to compare. I also requested a resolution to the problem as my gym visits are loaded automatically, but my dependents aren't while we both have the same contract at our gym. I also provided the names of the consultants who confirmed the visits where loaded in the call.<br> <br> Its been 10 days now with no response and I would like this resolved and the health returns paid for JAN."
