This is one worst company I must say one needs to die before getting a authorisation. I mean we pay for it every month but getting an Auth is the worse I was sick couldn't even walk I stop to 3 agents first one said she was Nkosi when I called again requesting to speak to her no one knows her I than spoke to sanelisiwe Mchunu who then escalated to her team leader who didn't bother calling me back as they said he was in a meeting I then spoke to the 3rd consultant who later confirmed the was a Nkosi.
