I have phoned my Medical Aid today and was informed that Momentum is doing there claims. Apart from the usual claim query, I enquired about 2 claims which needed more input from my side. However to my surprise the lady I dealt with, MARLENE took it about herself to check with the claims department to re-examine both claims on my behalf. It has been the most wonderful interaction I had for a long time dealing with my Medical Aid. Therefore I like to give Marlene not only 5 well deserved Stars but 5 Golden one as well. A worth while job very well done.
