Frustrated!!
Hi,
I have a serious problem. Before I could join the momentum medical aid one of the requirements was for me to take a pregnancy test at a lab which I did. I was told via phone and email (which I have proof off) that the medical aid will take care of the bill. To my surprise I got a call from the lab stating the medical aid never paid and that I should pay?!! Why would y'all say one thing and do the other? I'm even regretting joining this medical aid.
