Frustrated!

What is the point of having a medical aid where you almost pay R3000 a month but STILL you have to pay for doctors appointments. I am registered on the maternity programme where I get 12 consultations during my pregnancy but STILL I have to pay out of my pocket for the consultations. I even changed to a gynae that is part of the associated specialist but I get told that I pay upfront at the appointment and claim it back from the medical aid - Momentum takes 2 weeks to pay you bac****!
