***** **** maybe?

We did a medical aid application in November 2020 through a broker, we served notice with our former medical aid, thinking that the medical aid will be concluded in time. Unfortunately that was not the case the broker dragged the process until I finally decided to investigate in February, I personally called momentum directly and they said there is an outstanding form that's required I requested them to email it to me of which they did we completed the form and sent it back, in February but yet again no feedback when we called the broker enquire she informed us that the doctor had to write N/A even if his selection was no on the form just that on its own took a full month to get that response in regards to the form and it took less than 1 hour for the doctor to rectify. Fast forward to March we got an acceptance letter stating that there will be a general waiting period mind you we have been waiting since last year and now they're adding a 3 months waiting period on top of the waiting period that we waited just to complete application. And on that note they added a late joiners fee of plus R1000, if the broker was competent in her work the application would have been processed in time and there wouldn't be a late joiners fee and the waiting period would have been served we are now supposed to suffer because of someone's incompetence. That's unfair, unjust and ********.
