I had a medical aid with u people , you cancelled it without letting me know. I have called multiple times to get it reinstated since i found out. Now i got notification that u can reinstate the medical aid but i would need to pay 9000 as she would change my membership to ingwe from incentive and i qualify for the 1330 bracket for memebership payment and not the 370 even though i explained im unemployed. She advised if i paid the backdated premiums i would be covered still for everything and no waiting periods app**** . So Janet advised i apply for a new memebership since i could not pay the back dated premiums even though i have made endless contact since u guys messed up my membership and have failed with reinstating it long ago. So i app**** and today Roger tells me my pregnancy will be excluded from cover but now i qualify for the 370 memebership. If i was given that benefit i could have paid the 370 back dated premium from my old cover. But you guys refused and now that u have excluded the maternity benefit i qualify for the lower rate. *****!!!! Because i am not a rich person i get excluded. I have been with u people for more than 24months and if u had told me i can get cover elsewhere within 90days of ur incorrect cancellation i would be covered elsewhere. But u are running ****s.
