For your best interest: Do not Join Momentum Medical Aid. They have a lot of underwriting

Momentum medical aid is the ****tiest medical aid I have ever had to take. I was hospitalized recently and they wanted a medical report from my GP , I did not disclose all the symptoms I once went to consult for because I had forgotten that I once consulted for them. I am on no chronic treatment, After getting my medical report they saw that I once consulted for headache and heartburn, this was seen as non disclosure and my membership was terminated and they did not settle my bill. I would not advise anyone to take this medical aid , they are going to use the smallest of things to refuse payment …..
