first claim with momentum worst service ever

i submitted a claim last week Wednesday as i was treated by a hospital and momentum failed to send us our medical aid cards so i had to pay cash the second claim the doctor that ive been using for the past two years which ive never had to pay cash too because of my previous medical aids refused to accept my momentum medical aid as she stated you guys don't like to pay claims ive now experienced this first hand as i am now waiting for 1 week for my claim refund and have been advised that you guys are not sure as to when the claim will be paid its been a hasle with you guys from the start and i dont want to sit around see what will happen in the event i land up in hospital <br> claim ***
