FEB 2015 ACC NOT PAID YET

Prescription, service date 16 FEB 2015 for ANTI BIOTICS ONLY on this specific script (for PMB Condition) R173.92 still outstanding to DIS-CHEM OLPYMPUS, PTA. This pharmacy handed my name over to attorneys for BAD DEBT !!! I AM VERY UPSET about this. Since MARCH 2015, I spoke to TARYN OLIVIER, ROGER NAIDOO regarding this - problem not solved yet. In June Mr Naidoo confirmed with me that Momentum will settle this amount at DIS-CHEM, which they NEVER DID. Upon my medical broker (ELAINE CLOETE) enquiry regarding this - Momentum rep**** that they did not receive this script & dont know when the service date was
