Fantastic Service Every Time

In a new position as a dental receptionist, I had to contact these medical aid administrators to get benefit confirmation for our patients. I can honestly say that one would have to search far and wide to find such incredibly helpful consultants .... knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and understanding of a new person on the block. Our service levels in South Africa are sadly lacking so thank you to each and every consultant that I have personally spoken to, and I'm sure they are all the same, for making it an easy and pleasant experience . Dont ever let the standards drop. You are awesome!!!
