False promises

Super upset! On the phone back and forth for 3 weeks with them to get my refund from my specialist after they messed up in the first place! They confirm R1220 is the refundable amount and then finally when we get the money they only pay R1002.... I mean how can you lie and betray people like that!! Doubt if anyone will actually fix this or contact me
